## Description

We're looking for an HRD to build and own the HR function for a private construction project as it scales from roughly 150 to 250 people. This is a fully remote role with full ownership of HR — from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Scale the HR function to support company growth from ~150 to 250 people.
-   Lead the recruitment function, including the most complex and sensitive hires.
-   Design and manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
-   Own HR operations end-to-end — onboarding, documentation, processes, and compliance.
-   Set HR strategy and org design as the business grows.
-   Build the analytics and reporting needed to guide people decisions.
-   Advise leadership on people strategy, structure, and risk.

## Requirements

-   Solid experience leading an HR function end-to-end, ideally through a period of active scaling.
-   Strong background in recruitment, with a track record of personally closing complex or senior hires.
-   Experience designing compensation, benefits, and HR policy.
-   Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
-   Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
-   Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.
