## Description

We're looking for a Recruitment Lead to build and run the hiring function for a project close to family office in construction and hospitality sphere as we are scaling it quite rapidly. This is a fully remote role, leading a recruitment team of 6 people in collaboration closely with the business on the most complex hires.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Manage and develop a recruitment team of 6-7 recruiters.
-   Own the most complex, senior, or sensitive positions end-to-end, personally.
-   Build recruitment analytics and reporting to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and team performance.
-   Design and evolve sourcing strategies across the roles the function hires for.
-   Advise the business on hiring strategy, market realities, and org design as the team grows.
-   Set process, tooling, and standards for the wider recruitment team.

## Requirements

-   Solid experience leading a recruitment team, ideally through a period of active scaling.
-   Track record of personally closing complex or senior hires.
-   Comfortable building recruitment analytics and using data to guide decisions.
-   Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
-   Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
-   Self-directed and comfortable working remotely, leading a distributed team.
