## Description

We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in upcoming 2026/2027 academic year in August 2026.

This school is a new high school, belongs to a famous education group, located in QingPu, Shanghai. The school creates an intelligent learning atmosphere and the International Baccalaureate (IB) and AP curriculum.

Job responsibilities

-   Teach the subject of English B to high school students utilizing the IB DP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
-   Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
-   Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
-   Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
-   Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
-   Develop supportive and safe learning environments

## Requirements

-   Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
-   Teaching certificate
-   Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education
-   Excellent communications skills
-   Good understanding of teaching in IB context

## Benefits

-   Monthly Salary 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
