## Description

我们正在寻找杭州一所学校的升学指导，到岗时间为2026年8月。

工作职责

-   全面负责学生升学申请的整体规划及申请各环节的工作，包括但不限于结合学生学术水平、课程设置、毕业要求、升学规划给予学生校内选课建议，考试规划、活动规划、选校与定校、文书、推荐信等
-   保持与学生和家长的沟通，为其留学前后提供完善的指导
-   教授升学指导课程并且保证高的教学质量，
-   与其他科目的老师保持紧密的沟通，积极参与学校的活动
-   参与/开发/实施与学科有关的学校活动或者课后活动
-   担任班主任，结合升学规划，做好国际教育中心和学校要求的德育工作口根据学校的要求汇总和分析学生情况
-   协助和参与市场活动及策划，项目推广等事宜
-   认真完成学校安排的其他任务
-   We are currently seeking a career guidance teacher for a school in Hangzhou. The expected start date is August 2026.
-   Job Responsibilities

-   Overall responsible for the planning of students' application for further education and the work in each application stage, including but not limited to providing students with suggestions for course selection based on their academic level, curriculum, graduation requirements, and future education planning; exam planning, activity planning, school selection and decision-making, essays, recommendation letters, etc.
-   Maintain communication with students and their parents to provide them with comprehensive guidance before and after their study abroad.
-   Teach guidance courses on further education and ensure high teaching quality.
-   Maintain close communication with teachers of other subjects and actively participate in school activities.
-   Participate in/develop/execute school activities or after-school activities related to the subject.
-   Assume the role of a class teacher, combining the future education planning, and do the moral education work required by the international education center and the school.
-   Summarize and analyze student situations according to the requirements of the school.
-   Assist and participate in marketing activities and planning, project promotion, etc. Carefully complete other tasks assigned by the school

## Requirements

-   全日制本科或以上，教育类专业或相关专业，有海外名校教育背景经验者优先
-   熟悉国内外教育体制、留学政策、申请要求和签证知识等
-   3年以上升学指导工作经验，有名校成功申请经验优先
-   优秀的英文能力，英语能作为工作语言
-   热爱教育事业，认真踏实、不断进取，责任心强，具备良好的团队意识口拥有良好的沟通表达能力和沟通技巧
-   敬业精神，抗压能力强 
-   Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in education or related fields, with overseas university education background experience preferred
-   Familiar with domestic and international education systems, study abroad policies, application requirements and visa knowledge, etc.
-   More than 3 years of college counseling experience, with successful application experience to prestigious schools preferred
-   Excellent English proficiency, able to use English as the working language
-   Love for the education field, diligent, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, possess good teamwork awareness, and have good communication and expression skills and communication skills Professional dedication and strong ability to handle pressure
