## Description

We are looking for a Social Studies Teacher for an International school located in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2026.

International school Located in Guangzhou. It is the first international school for Hong Kong and Macao students which has been operating for over 15 years and provided consistently high-quality education for kindergarten, primary, middle and high school students.

Job Responsibilities

-   Deliver social studies subjects including history, geography, economics, sociology etc. to middle school students
-   Designing curriculum, and planning and preparing for lessons
-   Working with local teachers on curriculum development
-   Monitoring and reporting students' performance, progress and development, and providing regular feedback to parents regarding student progress

## Requirements

-   Bachelor degree in English or related subject
-   More than three years teaching experience
-   IB teaching experience is an asset
-   Recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
-   Fluent in English
