## Description

We are looking for Middle School English Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in February 2026.

Job details

-   Employ an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning that promotes inquiry, agency and the development of critical-thinking skills
-   Differentiate classroom instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles
-   Integrate International and Chinese approaches to learning to deliver a personalized curriculum
-   Provide learning experiences that build on students’ prior knowledge, understanding and skills
-   Attend and actively contribute to collaborative planning meetings
-   Work collaboratively with teachers, coordinators, specialists and other support staff to develop and document teaching and learning experiences.
-   Help to document minutes and actions of collaborative planning meetings and work together with team to complete tasks within the subject area and grade level groups
-   Demonstrate open communication based on understanding and respect
-   Participate in parent/student interviews and conferences

## Requirements

-   Bachelor Degree in Education (or equivalent)
-   At least 2 years of experience teaching in a Secondary School learning environment
-   Certification in relevant teaching area
-   Passionate and Energetic in teaching
