## Description

We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher for an international school based in Shenzhen. This position is available in the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026.

Job responsibilities

-   Teach Mathematics to secondary school students and ensure an engaging and enriching learning experience
-   Teach at least one of the following subjects: Algebra 2, AP Computer Science A or Principles, A-Level Computer Science, or IGCSE Mathematics
-   Candidates able to teach computer classes and general high school mathematics will be preferred
-   Prepare lessons and lectures, develop assessments, mark student work, and write report comments
-   Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
-   Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
-   Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
-   Support or lead STEM-related activities or clubs such as Robotics where required

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Computer Science, Education, or a related subject, or holding relevant teaching qualifications
-   Able to teach at least one of the following: Algebra 2, AP Computer Science A or Principles, A-Level Computer Science, or IGCSE Mathematics
-   Candidates who can also teach computer classes and basic high school mathematics will be preferred
-   Experience leading STEM-related clubs such as Robotics will be preferred
