## Description

We are looking for an Art Teacher for a bilingual school located in Beijing. This position is available for an immediate start for the 2026/27 academic year.

About the school

This is a Chinese-American bilingual school in Beijing offering K-12 education through a Chinese-American programme and a British Cambridge programme across its kindergarten, primary and secondary divisions. Classes are small and the school runs regular weekday hours, giving teachers a structured and supportive environment.

Job details

-   Teach Art subject including foundational drawing and painting to primary and middle school students
-   Plan lessons, design and mark assessments, and write report comments
-   Monitor student progress and set clear targets so every learner can improve
-   Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and parents
-   Work with fellow teachers to develop and enhance the art curriculum
-   Create a supportive, safe and engaging learning environment

## Requirements

-   Excellent spoken and written English
-   Bachelor's degree or above in Art, Fine Art, Design or a related subject
-   Valid teaching certificate
-   At least 2 years of previous teaching experience
-   Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum preferred
-   Enthusiastic, responsible, and a strong team player in a multicultural setting
