## Description

We are looking for an English Teacher for a K12 bilingual School based in Chengdu. This is a full-time role available from February 2026.

Job responsibilities

-   Teach English to middle school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
-   Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
-   Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
-   Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
-   Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
-   Develop supportive and safe learning environments

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master's degree prefer)
-   TEFL/TESOL certificate or experience with ETS or IB teaching a plus
-   At least 5 years’ experience in education or ESL teaching; this may be waived for candidates with a degree in education
