## Description

We are looking for a Primary School English Teacher for a bilingual school based in Chengdu. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in September 2026.

Job details 

-   Teach English to primary school students, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning experience
-   Prepare lessons, teaching materials, assessments, and report comments according to students’ learning needs
-   Deliver well-structured English lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, grammar, and vocabulary development
-   Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing clear learning targets to help all students improve
-   Provide regular and constructive feedback to students, parents, and caregivers
-   Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports language development and student confidence
-   Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of English learning resources
-   Collaborate with other teachers and departments to support students’ English development across different subjects and school activities

## Requirements

-   Bachelor degree in education preferred
-   Teaching license
-   Teaching in a mixed-ability classroom
-   2 years teaching experience in international school setting
