我们正在为一所潍坊的学校招聘初中语文老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责：

1.负责初中语文常规教学，依据 IB MYP 课程理念与国家课程标准，设计并实施教学计划，提升学生的语文核心素养。  

2.承担国学特色课程教学，开发并实施校本国学课程，如经典诵读、传统文化赏析等，传承中华优秀传统文化。

3.组织语文及国学相关的校园活动，如经典诵读比赛、诗词创作、传统文化节等，营造浓厚的人文学习氛围。

4.参与学科教研活动，与中外教团队协作，开发教学资源、评估工具，持续优化教学方法与课程内容。

5.定期与学生、家长沟通学习进展，提供个性化学习建议，配合班主任做好家校共育工作。

We are currently recruiting a junior high school Chinese teacher for a school in Weifang. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

1\. Responsible for the regular teaching of junior high school Chinese. Based on the IB MYP curriculum concept and national curriculum standards, design and implement teaching plans to enhance students' core literacy in Chinese.

2\. Undertake the teaching of traditional Chinese culture courses, develop and implement local traditional Chinese culture courses such as classical recitation and traditional culture appreciation, and inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.

3\. Organize campus activities related to Chinese language and traditional Chinese culture, such as classic recitation competitions, poetry creation, and traditional culture festivals, to create a rich atmosphere for learning humanities.

4\. Participate in subject teaching research activities, collaborate with the foreign and domestic teaching team, develop teaching resources and assessment tools, and continuously optimize teaching methods and course content.

5\. Regularly communicate with students and parents about their academic progress, provide personalized learning suggestions, and collaborate with the homeroom teacher to carry out joint education between home and school.

## Requirements

1.学历与专业：中文或相关专业本科及以上学历，持有高中语文教师资格证。

2.教学经验：有初中语文教学经验者优先，有 IB MYP 教学经验或国学课程教学经验者优先。

3.专业素养：具备扎实的汉语言文学功底和传统文化素养，熟悉国学经典，能将传统文化与现代教学有效融合。

4.能力素养：具备良好的课堂管理能力和沟通表达能力，善于调动学生学习积极性，认同国际教育理念。

5.其他：热爱教育事业，责任心强，有耐心和爱心，能适应国际学校的工作节奏

Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese or a related field, and holding a high school Chinese teaching qualification certificate.

2\. Teaching Experience: Candidates with experience in junior high school Chinese teaching will be given priority. Those with experience in IB MYP teaching or Chinese classics courses teaching will also be given priority.

3\. Professional Qualifications: Possess a solid foundation in Chinese language and literature, as well as a profound understanding of traditional culture. Be familiar with classic works of Confucianism and be capable of effectively integrating traditional culture with modern teaching methods.

4\. Competence and Qualifications: Possess excellent classroom management skills and communication abilities, are skilled at motivating students' enthusiasm for learning, and hold a positive view of international education concepts.

5\. Other: Enthusiastic about the education field, with strong sense of responsibility, patience and empathy, and able to adapt to the work pace of an international school.
