我们正在为一所广州的学校招聘初中英语老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责：

1\. 执行学校分配的教学任务，负责初中阶段IGCSE英语课程教学，高质量完成备课、授课、作业批改及学业评价工作；   

2\. 根据教学要求及课程特色制定和优化教学计划，积极参与英语教研组活动，研究教材与中考趋势，提高教学质量；

3\. 创设丰富多样的语言情境，鼓励学生大胆开口，全面提升学生的英语综合运用能力；

4\. 精准把握学情，科学布置、批改学科作业，有效组织单元测验、期中及期末考试，开展分层指导与个性化教学，确保不同层次学生获得充分发展，并及时向教学组反馈有关问题；    

5\. 配合学校开展行政事务、学生纪律、事故防范等管理工作，完成教学组布置的其它工作事项。

We are currently recruiting a junior high school English teacher for a school in Guangzhou. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

1\. Carry out the teaching tasks assigned by the school, be responsible for the teaching of IGCSE English courses in the junior high school stage, and complete the tasks of lesson preparation, teaching, homework grading and academic evaluation with high quality;

2\. Based on the teaching requirements and the characteristics of the courses, formulate and optimize teaching plans, actively participate in the English teaching research group activities, study the textbooks and the trends of the middle school entrance examination, and improve teaching quality;

3\. Create rich and diverse language situations, encourage students to speak boldly, and comprehensively enhance students' ability to use English;

4\. Accurately grasp the students' learning situation, scientifically assign and grade subject homework, effectively organize unit tests, mid-term and final exams, carry out differentiated guidance and personalized teaching, ensure that students of different levels can develop fully, and promptly feedback relevant issues to the teaching group;

5\. Cooperate with the school in administrative affairs, student discipline, accident prevention and other management work, and complete other tasks assigned by the teaching group.

## Requirements

本科以上学历，英语、翻译、教育学等相关专业，双一流师范院校优先考虑；    

2\. 具备三年以上初中英语教学经验，具有完整毕业班教学经历者优先考虑；

3\. 英语口语流利，发音标准，具备优秀的英文综合运用能力，熟悉初中英语教学特点及中考要求；

4\. 持有初中英语教师资格证、专业八级证书，或有海外学习、工作经历者优先考虑；

5\. 具有高度的责任心和职业素养，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能承受一定程度的工作压力。

6\. 有班主任和德育管理经验者优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, translation, education, etc., preferred to be from a top-notch university specializing in education;

2\. At least three years of junior high school English teaching experience, with complete senior class teaching experience preferred;

3\. Fluent in English, with accurate pronunciation, possessing excellent comprehensive English application skills, familiar with the characteristics of junior high school English teaching and the requirements of the middle school entrance examination;

4\. Holding a junior high school English teaching qualification certificate, professional level eight certificate, or having overseas study or work experience preferred;

5\. Possessing a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, having good teamwork and communication skills, and able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.

6\. Those with experience as a class teacher and德育 management are preferred.
