岗位职责

    • 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的雅思教学计划，确保教学质量

    • 认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务

    • 关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助

    • 积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平

    • 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估

    • 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作

    • 参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作

We are currently recruiting an IELTS writing teacher for a school in Guangzhou. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, formulate a reasonable IELTS teaching plan to ensure the quality of education.

Carefully prepare lessons, make teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.

Pay attention to students' academic performance, promptly identify their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance.

Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly enhance teaching quality.

• Responsible for conducting evaluations of students' regular quizzes, mid-term and final exams, etc., and conducting scientific assessments of students' learning situations.

Regularly communicate with parents about students' academic progress and provide feedback on their performance at school, thereby promoting cooperation between home and school.

Participate in school-related activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks.

## Requirements

• 本科及以上英语相关专业

    • 具有英语教学经验者优先

    • 教师资格证

    • 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

    • 托福100+，雅思7.5+。

  
Bachelor's degree or above in an English-related field

Those with experience in teaching English are preferred.

Teacher Qualification Certificate

Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.

TOEFL score of 100 or above, IELTS score of 7.5 or above.
