岗位职责

根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的A-level/IGCSE经济教学计划，确保教学质量

认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务

关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助

积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平

负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估

定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作

参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作

We are currently recruiting bilingual economics teachers for a school in Qingdao. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, formulate a reasonable A-level/IGCSE economics teaching plan to ensure the quality of education.

Carefully prepare lessons, make teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.

Pay attention to students' academic performance, promptly identify their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance.

Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching quality.

Responsible for the evaluation of students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, etc., and conducting scientific assessment of students' learning status.

Regularly communicate with parents about students' academic progress and provide feedback on their performance at school, promoting cooperation between home and school.

Participate in relevant school activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks

## Requirements

本科及以上经济相关专业

具有经济教学经验者优先

教师资格证

良好的交流能力，中英文流利

Bachelor's degree or above in an economics-related field

Those with teaching experience in economics are preferred

Teacher's qualification certificate

Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
