岗位职责

-   根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的高考化学教学计划，确保教学质量
-   认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务
-   关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助
-   积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平
-   负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估
-   定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作
-   参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作
-   We are currently recruiting a key chemistry teacher for an international school in Nanchang. The position is for August 2026.

-   Job Responsibilities

-   Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, formulate a reasonable college entrance examination chemistry teaching plan to ensure the quality of teaching.
-   Carefully prepare lessons, prepare teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.
-   Pay attention to the students' learning status, promptly understand their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance.
-   Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching levels.
-   Be responsible for students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, etc., and conduct scientific evaluations of students' learning status.
-   Regularly communicate with parents about students' learning situations, provide feedback on students' performance at school, and promote home-school cooperation.
-   Participate in school-related activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks.

## Requirements

-   曾执教于省、市内外重点学校的重点班级
-   至少带过两轮及以上高三毕业生并担任过班主任
-   所带学生有考入清华、北大等名校优先考虑，获得省、市级
-   硕士及以上相关学历
-   Has taught in key classes of prestigious schools both within and outside the province.
-   Has led at least two or more rounds of senior high school graduates and served as the class teacher.
-   The students under his/her guidance have a higher chance of being admitted to prestigious universities such as Tsinghua and Peking. Those who have obtained provincial or municipal-level qualifications are preferred.
-   Master's degree or above in relevant fields.
