我们正在为一所宁波的学校招聘生化组长，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责

-   牵头高中部生物化学课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行数学课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。
-   参与生物化学课程设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。
-   以全英文或双语进行学科的教学；
-   引领中学部生物化学课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的数学课堂
-   组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、学科教育机会
-   组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源
-   参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等
-   完成学校布置的其它任务

-   Lead the development and implementation of lesson plans for the Upper School Biochemistry course, implement the math curriculum and lead a team to continually improve the development and use of textbooks.
-   Participate in the design of the Biochemistry curriculum and the development of textbooks, and participate in various related online and offline conferences and trainings.
-   Teach the subject in full English or bilingual;
-   Leading the change of classroom teaching model of Biochemistry in the secondary section to create a student-centered and inquiry learning math classroom
-   Organize discipline groups to offer after-school elective courses to enrich cross-grade and disciplinary educational opportunities
-   Organize and lead subject group meetings and teaching and research, promote communication and cooperation among teachers, and share teaching experience and resources
-   Participate in school activities, parent interviews, professional development meetings, etc.
-   Completing other tasks assigned by the school

## Requirements

-   硕士及以上生物化学相关专业
-   具有生物化学教学经验者优先
-   教师资格证
-   良好的交流能力，中英文流利

-   Master degree or above in the Math subject
-   Teaching certificate
-   Two or more years teaching experience in Math
-   Excellent communications skills
-   Fluent in English and Mandarin
