We are looking for an English ESL and Drama teacher for a Bilingual High School based in Hefei. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026.

Job Details

-   This is a dual-subject role in which the teacher will mainly teach English, with Drama as a secondary subject, working across Primary, Junior High, and Senior High
-   Deliver engaging English lessons including TOEFL preparation, academic writing, and English literature
-   Lead Drama classes with a primary focus on Primary and Junior High students, extending to Senior High as needed
-   Bring a creative, performance-based approach to language learning, using Drama techniques to build students' confidence and communication skills
-   Design and adapt curriculum and lesson plans that integrate English and Drama effectively
-   Grade homework and assessments, and track student progress across both subjects
-   Report on student performance and provide guidance to parents
-   Plan, direct, and organize student activities, performances, and productions

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or higher, master's preferred
-   Minimum two years of related teaching experience, primarily at Primary and Junior High level, in English and/or Drama
-   Current teaching certificate, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent
-   Genuine passion and energy for education and the performing arts
