**Bring Big Ideas to Early Learners at Elevation!**

At Elevation Autism Center, we believe learning should be engaging, joyful, and centered around each child. Our goal is to create a Pre-K-focused environment where children ages 1–6 with autism can enjoy the play, creativity, and social experiences of a traditional preschool while receiving specialized 1-to-1 support for their individual needs.

We’re looking for a creative **Early Childhood Autism Curriculum Specialis**t to help us bring that vision to life across all 10 Elevation centers!

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll take the lead in creating a cohesive, engaging curriculum that our center teams can easily bring to life. You’ll:

- Build a 12-month themed curriculum calendar, with monthly or seasonal themes and activities that connect throughout each theme
- Develop lesson plans, crafts, group activities, sensory experiences, circle time activities, games, and other play-based learning opportunities for children ages 1–6
- Adapt activities for different ages, developmental levels, abilities, and learner needs
- Incorporate helpful accommodations and supports, such as visual supports, adapted materials, sensory considerations, prompting suggestions, and alternative ways to participate
- Create materials lists, printable resources, and other tools teams need to implement activities successfully
- Organize curriculum into consistent, easy-to-use digital templates and calendars that can be shared across all Elevation centers
- Coordinate with Elevation staff to identify, purchase, and distribute materials needed for planned activities
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to review ideas, incorporate feedback, and ensure activities are appropriate for our learners
- Occasionally visit Elevation centers to see activities in action and ensure the curriculum reflects our culture, values, and learners

**Who We’re Looking For**

You may be a great fit if you:

- **Hold a current teaching certification in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a closely related field — required**
- Have experience creating lesson plans and curriculum for preschool or early childhood learners
- Understand developmentally appropriate, play-based learning and are familiar with sensory activities, group learning, and circle time
- Love coming up with themes, crafts, games, and creative learning experiences
- Understand how to adapt activities for different ages, developmental levels, abilities, and learner needs
- Are highly organized, able to meet deadlines independently, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Are comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office to create and organize resources
- Live within reasonable driving distance of an Elevation Autism center and are able to occasionally visit a center in person
- Have experience working with children with autism, developmental differences, special education, or ABA — a plus, but not required

**The Details**

This is a temporary, project-based independent contract position anticipated to last approximately one year. The role is expected to average 5–10 hours per week, though hours may vary based on project needs and are not guaranteed.

**The position is primarily remote and offers a flexible schedule, including the ability to complete work during evenings or outside traditional business hours.** This could be a great opportunity for a certified early childhood or preschool educator looking to use their expertise in a creative, flexible role while earning additional income.

Depending on future business needs and performance, there may be an opportunity for this role to continue or transition into a regular, permanent position; however, ongoing employment or conversion is not guaranteed.

**At Elevation, we’re Kind, Curious, Client Centered, Prodaptable, and committed to Doing the Right Thing.** If you love turning big ideas into little moments of learning, play, and connection, we’d love for you to bring your creativity to Elevation!

This job will be open until Sunday, October 11th. Applicants that are progressing to the interview stage will be contacted early the following week.
