Monday – Friday, 8:20am – 4:10pm

As a **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play.

**No experience? No problem.** Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had!

**Fun fact:** at Elevation, “client cancellation” does not mean “surprise unpaid day.” **We guarantee full-time hours and do not reduce your pay rate for admin time.**
