## Description

A leading delivery company in Iraq is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, manage delivery captains, and ensure operational efficiency across the delivery network. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to fleet management, and the ability to monitor performance, solve operational challenges, and maintain high standards of productivity, service quality, and compliance with company policies.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and supervise delivery captains, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
-   Monitor daily fleet operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery services.
-   Track fleet and captain performance using KPIs and operational reports.
-   Identify operational issues, resolve challenges, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
-   Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.
-   Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
-   Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, delivery operations, or driver supervision.
-   Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage operational teams.
-   Strong understanding of delivery operations and fleet management systems.
-   Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
-   Ability to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports.
-   Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
