## Requirements

-   Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales of electrical/home appliances
-   Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, retail, and trade channels
-   Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer behaviors
-   Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
-   Manage advertising agencies, creative partners, and media buying processes
-   Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly
-   Plan and oversee promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions
-   Build strong brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels

### Qualifications**:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
-   Minimum of **5 years** of marketing experience, with at least **2–3 years in the electrical/home appliances sector**
-   Strong background in planning and executing **large-scale marketing campaigns**
-   Excellent understanding of B2C consumer behavior in electronics and appliances
-   Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
-   Proven leadership and project management skills
-   Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, if applicable)
