## Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial strategy and ensure our operations remain fiscally sound. This is a pivotal role within the bank that combines strategic thinking with hands-on financial management. You will work closely with executive leadership to guide budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, playing a key role in the bank’s growth and sustainability.

## Requirements

-   Lead and manage the overall financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function of the bank.
-   Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-   Monitor banking operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory frameworks.
-   Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
-   Coordinate and manage annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning.
-   Advise the senior management team on strategic financial decisions.
-   Ensure timely and accurate tax and statutory reporting in coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.
-   Conduct financial risk assessments and propose measures to mitigate them.
-   Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and auditors.
-   Supervise the finance team, fostering professional growth and a results-driven culture.

### **Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus).
-   Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the banking sector.
-   Solid knowledge of financial regulations, banking operations, and risk management.
-   Strong leadership and people management skills.
-   Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced MS Excel.
-   Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
