### Role Overview

The Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily delivery and logistics operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of dispatching, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting drivers and couriers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and monitor daily dispatching activities to ensure timely deliveries.
-   Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and field staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
-   Track and update order statuses, ensuring accurate and real-time reporting.
