**Location:** Baghdad, Iraq  
**Industry:** Food Production / Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced **Finance Manager** to lead the finance function of a well-established food manufacturing company in Baghdad.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
• Lead the company’s finance and accounting activities and supervise the finance team.  
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial planning.  
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports and management reports.  
• Monitor costs, profitability, margins, and overall financial performance.  
• Oversee **factory costing, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost control**.  
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and working capital.  
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, policies, and procedures.  
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.  
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.  
• Support the effective use and improvement of **ERP and accounting systems**.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
• **8–12+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience**, with solid experience in a managerial or senior finance role.  
• Strong experience in **budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial analysis, and cost control**.  
• Strong knowledge of **cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance**.  
• Previous experience managing or supervising a finance/accounting team.  
• Experience working with **ERP systems**.  
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.  
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior management.

**Preferred Background:**  
Candidates with experience in **food production, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or distribution** will be highly preferred.

Candidates with direct experience in **food manufacturing, factory finance, costing, and inventory management** are particularly encouraged to apply.
