## Description

A reputable international contractor is hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for a large-scale energy infrastructure project in southern Iraq. This role is critical to ensuring that all engineering and construction works meet strict international standards and project requirements.

## Requirements

-   Lead the development and implementation of the project’s quality management system
-   Oversee all QA/QC functions across engineering, procurement, and site execution
-   Prepare and manage key quality documentation such as ITPs, PQMPs, NCRs, IRs/RFIs
-   Coordinate inspections with third parties, clients, and regulatory authorities
-   Monitor compliance with ISO, IEC, and project-specific standards
-   Supervise a multidisciplinary QA/QC team and provide technical leadership
-   Ensure timely reporting, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement

**Qualifications**:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Power System preferred)
-   Minimum 10 years in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects
-   Strong familiarity with high-voltage or large-scale construction works is preferred
-   Proven success in managing quality systems for technically complex environments

**Skills**:

-   In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and QA methodologies
-   Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
-   Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PDF markup, and quality reporting systems
-   Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
