### Position Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven managerial experience in operations, warehouse management, financial control, and team leadership. The Branch Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, implementing performance systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

-   Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives.
-   Oversee warehouse and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-   Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures, KPIs, and performance systems.
-   Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
-   Manage budgets, financial controls, and ensure compliance with company policies.
-   Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for branch staff.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
-   Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and operational excellence.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Proven experience in Operations Management at a managerial level.

-   Hands-on managerial experience with direct responsibility for teams and business performance.
-   Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
-   Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and monitoring systems.
-   Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
-   Language proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).
