## Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Site Engineer** to oversee and manage civil and finishing works for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

## Requirements

-   Supervise and monitor all civil works on-site, including structural and architectural components.
-   Oversee finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards for materials and workmanship.
-   Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
-   Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to provide guidance and ensure accuracy in implementation.
-   Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines while maintaining cost efficiency.
-   Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work meets regulatory standards and project specifications.
-   Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site promptly.
-   Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
-   Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-   3 years of proven experience in site supervision, specifically in civil and finishing works.
-   Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
-   Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
-   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects.
-   Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
