## Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead and develop sales operations within the paints and coatings sector. This role combines **strategic sales planning** with hands-on leadership, overseeing **retail (showroom) sales operations (B2C)** while managing **B2B and project based sales channels**. The Sales Manager will play a key role in setting sales direction, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable growth across the Iraqi market.

## Requirements

### **Strategic Sales Leadership**

-   Develop and execute **sales strategies and annual sales plans** aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
-   Define sales targets, channel strategies, and growth priorities across showroom (B2C) and B2B segments.
-   Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning to support strategic decision-making.
-   Identify new market opportunities, geographic expansion areas, and high-potential customer segments.

### **Sales Operations & Execution**

-   Oversee and manage sales performance across all **company showrooms (B2C retail sales)**, regardless of number or location.
-   Lead and manage **B2B and project-based sales operations**, including contractors, corporate clients, and distributors.
-   Supervise showroom sales teams and ensure consistent sales standards, pricing execution, and customer experience.
-   Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns across all sales channels.

### **Relationship & Channel Management**

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, consultants, and key retail customers.
-   Strengthen distribution and dealer networks to increase market coverage and sales penetration.
-   Coordinate closely with technical, supply chain, and logistics teams to support sales objectives.

### **Reporting & Performance Management**

-   Monitor sales KPIs, showroom performance, and channel profitability.
-   Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic market insights for management.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and brand standards.

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
-   5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within **paints, coatings, construction materials, or related industries**.
-   Proven experience in **sales strategy development** and execution.
-   Strong background in managing **showroom (retail) sales** and **B2B / project-based sales**.
-   Solid understanding of the Iraqi market, including retail, contractor, and project channels.
-   Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
-   Good command of Arabic and English.
