## Description

The Projects Director will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value real estate projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires strategic oversight of budgets, timelines, teams, and stakeholder relationships to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction

## Requirements

**1.    Strategic Project Management**

-   Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for residential/commercial developments.
-   Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
-   Ensure compliance with local regulations (zoning, permits, building codes) and sustainability standards (LEED, BREEAM).

**2\. Team Leadership & Collaboration**

-   Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, contractors) and mentor project managers.
-   Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Marketing departments to align project objectives.

**3.    Financial Oversight**

-   Project Management Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in tools like MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) for planning, scheduling, and design coordination.

-   Construction Process Mastery: Experience overseeing design, procurement, construction, and handover phases for mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.
