## Description

Job Brief

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the proper receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished products. The role supports uninterrupted production and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and products against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approved specifications.

• Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory management system, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.

• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper identification, labeling, and segregation of materials.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement and Production to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, cups, lids, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished products, as applicable.

• Apply FIFO or FEFO principles where appropriate, particularly for materials and products with shelf-life requirements.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with system records.

• Investigate discrepancies and report damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving stock.

• Ensure proper handling, storage conditions, cleanliness, and safety within warehouse areas.

• Prepare periodic inventory reports and support internal and external stock audits.

• Coordinate the timely issuance of production materials based on approved requests.

• Ensure that all warehouse transactions are properly documented and authorized.

## Requirements

Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP platforms, preferably Odoo.

• Good understanding of stock control procedures, warehouse documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
