**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.

## Requirements

**Language Requirements:**

Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (spoken and written).

**Qualifications & Skills:**

-   Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account management (preferably in delivery/shipping/logistics).
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
-   Organizational and time-management skills.
-   Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
