## Description

We’re looking for an experienced **PR & Communications Manager** to lead key client accounts, communication strategies, team performance, and account growth.

This is a **leadership role**, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own some of our most important client relationships and lead the team responsible for delivering high-quality communications work.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage key client relationships and act as their senior communications counterpart.
-   Develop communication strategies, positioning, messaging, campaigns, and crisis communication plans.
-   Lead and mentor the account and communications team.
-   Review and maintain the quality of Arabic, Kurdish, and English communications.
-   Manage campaigns, launches, events, and announcements from planning through delivery.
-   Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, reporting, and overall client satisfaction.
-   Support the CEO in proposals, pitches, and new business opportunities.

### What We’re Looking For

-   **5–7 years of experience** in PR or communications.
-   Proven experience leading **client accounts and teams**; agency experience is strongly preferred.
-   Excellent written and spoken **Arabic and English**; Kurdish is a plus.
-   Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines while maintaining quality.
-   Confident in senior client meetings, presentations, and crisis situations.
-   Strong understanding of **Iraq’s media, cultural, and business landscape**.
