## Description

**Role Overview** 

The Commercial Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with merchants, managing their accounts, and driving commercial growth. This role focuses on acquiring new merchants, nurturing existing partnerships, monitoring account performance, and ensuring consistent growth in order volumes.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and onboard new merchants to expand the company’s commercial network.
-   Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Manage and monitor existing merchant accounts, ensuring smooth operations and service quality.
-   Track merchant performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase order volumes.
-   Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to support merchant needs.
-   Negotiate commercial terms and agreements aligned with company policies.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in retail, e-commerce, or delivery/logistics sectors).
-   Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-   Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
-   Proficiency in CRM systems and account management tools.
