## Description

ERS ELITE is seeking an **Experienced Automotive Technician** specializing in **Jaguar, McLaren, and Aston Martin** vehicles. This role requires a minimum of **3 years of dealership/retailer experience** preferred, but other related experience will be considered. Technicians will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-end luxury vehicles to ensure outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and repair **transmissions, engines, electrical, braking, and other vehicle systems**.
-   Perform **complex repairs and replacements** following OEM procedures for luxury vehicles.
-   Utilize **manual and computerized diagnostic tools** for precise troubleshooting.
-   Conduct **routine maintenance** services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
-   Provide **accurate labor and time estimates** for recommended repairs.
-   Maintain detailed **repair records and service documentation**.
-   Work efficiently to meet **manufacturer and dealership standards**.
-   Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
-   Follow all **safety protocols** and maintain a **clean work environment**.

## Requirements

**Skill Requirements:**

-   Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using **manual and electronic tools**.

**Experience Requirements:**
