As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a **HR Coordinator.**

The HR Coordinator supports the smooth operation of the hotel by providing comprehensive human resource services in various tasks, such as recruitment, hiring processes, onboarding, training, health & safety, and housing. This position aims to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the Group’s values and standards.

**Responsibilities**

-   Assist in candidate sourcing and coordination of interviews.
-   Ensure the collection of any necessary hiring documents.
-   Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary resources and training.
-   Manage employee housing and ensure the efficient operation of accommodation facilities.
-   Perform periodic audits for safety, Security and state of repair of the staff accommodation facilities.
-   Manage employee restaurant’s efficient operation and standards.
-   Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring fair and professional resolutions.
-   Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
-   Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
-   Oversee the scheduling of doctor visits and ensure the completion of the medical examinations.
-   Coordinate training sessions for staff development and compliance.
-   Track training completions and file signed attendance sheets.
-   Assist, as necessary, in the performance review process.
-   Coordinate, review and execute all employee reward activities.
-   Contribute to any special HR initiatives and events.
-   Generate HR-related reports and metrics as requested, e.g. about training.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-   1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-   Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
-   Experience in recruitment, training coordination, or payroll administration is highly desirable.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   High level of discretion and confidentiality.
-   Empathy and emotional intelligence to handle employee relations.
-   Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
-   Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-   Proficiency in HR technology systems.
-   Fluent in English
