**About Our Internship Program**

Emergent Group is committed to supporting the development of early career professionals. When specific projects arise, we offer the opportunity to work with one of our member companies – [Advitech](https://www.advitech.com.au/), [Novecom](https://novecom.com.au/), [Emergex Manufacturing](https://emergex-manufacturing.com.au), Acubis - or our Emergent Group Shared Services team.

During your internship, you will learn from a supportive multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers and business professionals including marketing and administration. You can also expect the following:

-   **Real Work Experience** - get involved in actual work, and possibly site work, where you can learn and make a difference
-   **Mentoring** – be guided and supported by experienced industry professionals
-   **Networking** - opportunity to meet senior people who are working in your field of study to discuss career pathways
