**Agency LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Positions in Brooklyn, NY**

**Pay Rate Varies Based on Facility: $43 to $47 per hour (Weekly Pay)**

**Schedule:** 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am including rotating weekends

### Responsibilities

-   Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
-   Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
-   Assist with daily activities and ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
-   Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
-   Educate patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.
-   Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.
-   Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times.

## Requirements

-   Must have a valid New York State LPN license.
-   Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
-   At least 3+ months nursing home experience.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver patient-centered care.
-   Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules and work environments.
