**Agency CNA – $24/hr (Weekly Pay / Every Thursday)**

**Location:** **MEDFORD, NY 11763 (Nursing Home facility)**  
**Base Pay:** **$24 / hour**  
**Overtime Pay:** **$36 / hour**

**Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)**

-   **In-Person Interview Required:** Must be able to come to the facility for a brief face-to-face meeting.
-   **Active NYS CNA License**
-   **Must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)**.

**Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   **Geriatric Care Support:** Deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
-   **Resident Personal Care:** Assist with patient bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, continuous rounding, meal assistance, and dignified personal care needs.
-   **Patient Transfers:** Safely perform mechanical lifts, positioning, turning, and ambulation transfers for long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
-   **Clinical Charting:** Monitor and record patient vitals, nutritional intake, and behavioral changes into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
-   **Floor Collaboration:** Coordinate with staff Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to maintain a seamless healthcare environment.
-   Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.
-   Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
-   Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
-   Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
