**Agency LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – $45 per hour (Weekly Pay / Every Thursday)**

**Location:** Patchogue, NY 11772 **(Nursing Home facility)**  
**Base Pay:** **$45 / hour**  
**Overtime Pay:** **$67.50 / hour**  
**Schedule:** 3PM-11PM (Eve) - **Full-Time & Part-Time hours available!**

### Responsibilities

-   Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
-   Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
-   Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
