**Duties & Role:**  

The scope of this project is the ASO SharePoint, both for Protective and CIS Security points of view and needs.

The contractor services will encompass the following:

3.1 Current ASO SharePoint Assessment and Analysis

-   Review the current SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage.
-   Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
-   Collect and review ASO requirements

3.2 SharePoint Redesign and automation

-   Redesign SharePoint pages to improve standardization, usability and user experience, using current IKM (Information Knowledge Management) best practices.
-   Optimize navigation, document libraries, metadata structure, and content organization.
-   Identify workflows and processes that can be automated.
-   Implement automated workflows and processes.
-   Review and implement role-based access controls and permission structures.

3.3 Finalization and Knowledge Transfer

-   Provide technical and functional documentation for the SharePoint handover
-   Present final result to ASO steering committee.

The contractor will be reporting to the NCIA ASO. Steering committee meetings will be organised in the beginning and in the end of the project. Operationally, the contractor will work closely with the ASO IKM officers. Regular working meetings will be organised and coordinated during the project development.

## Requirements

**Skill, Knowledge & Experience:**

-   The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
-   For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in SharePoint environments.
-   For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in UX/UI improvements within SharePoint.
-   For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in implementing secure SharePoint environments for security-sensitive or regulated industries.
-   For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in English writing skills and the ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience.
