**Duties & Role:** 

-   ESOC Engineer, Enterprise Service Operations Centre Level 2 network support;
-   Manage daily network operations, ticketing, incidents, work orders, changes and problem management.
-   Network Optimization, capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle activities across enterprise environments;
-   Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and STP;
-   Monitor network health using CA Spectrum and Splunk and other monitoring platforms; create dashboards, alerts, and operational reports;
-   Analyze logs and telemetry data to proactively identify risks, incidents, and performance issues;
-   Improve operational efficiency through automation of configuration management, backups, and change validation;
-   Utilize network monitoring tools to track availability, latency, bandwidth, and device health;
-   Lead incident response for critical outages, coordinate stakeholders, and restore services within SLA targets;
-   Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex network issues and strategic initiatives;
-   Maintain accurate documentation, standards, and operational procedures for the network environment;

**Specific Working Conditions:** Some work outside normal office hours may be required.

## Requirements

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience:**

-   The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
-   Minimum CCNP certification (Enterprise or equivalent advanced networking certification).
-   7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
-   Strong expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, STP).
-   Experience with Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, dashboards, and alerting.
-   Hands-on knowledge of network monitoring tools.
-   Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and major outage resolution.
