Lead Dentist – St. Louis, MO

**Location:** St. Louis, MO Market  
**Schedule:** Full-Time | 2–3 Clinical Days + 2 Administrative Days  
**Compensation:** $200,000–$250,000 Salary + Bonus  
**PTO:** Choose between 4 weeks of PTO upfront or our standard PTO accrual schedule; negotiable

_**About the Role**_

The **Lead Dentist** serves as the clinical leader for the St. Louis market while continuing to provide direct patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who enjoys both clinical dentistry and mentoring other providers.

You will spend **2–3 days providing patient care** and **2 protected administrative days** leading and developing the market's clinical team.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive, preventive, restorative, surgical, emergency, and prosthetic care to geriatric, medically complex, and special needs patients.
-   Serve as the primary clinical resource for dentists and hygienists within the market.
-   Conduct chart audits and ensure providers meet Enable Dental's clinical and documentation standards.
-   Mentor, coach, and support dentists and hygienists through case consultation and ongoing development.
-   Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of clinical team members.
-   Partner with Clinical Team Managers to support efficient scheduling, equipment, supplies, and daily operations.
-   Represent Enable Dental with facility and PACE partners when needed.
-   Help ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across the entire market.

### Qualifications

-   DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
-   Active, unrestricted Missouri dental license.
-   Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
-   5+ years of clinical experience.
-   2+ years of experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians.
-   Experience with geriatric, special needs, PACE, nursing home, or medically complex patients is preferred.
-   Mobile or portable dentistry experience is a plus.
