**The Role**  
As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales.

**Please note:** this is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **3 years** of experience in property sales or luxury sales
-   Proven track record of **AED 40M+** in total sales over the last 12 months
-   Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
-   Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
-   Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Arabic, Chinese, German, French)
-   Valid UAE driving license
