We are looking for a results-driven **Senior Secondary Market Specialist** with extensive UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai’s ready-property market and a proven track record of closing transactions, converting leads and building lasting client relationships.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in UAE real estate sales, with a strong track record in the secondary market.
-   In-depth knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, pricing and current market trends.
-   Demonstrated success in closing resale transactions and converting leads into clients.
-   Ability to manage the sales process independently, from lead qualification to closing.
-   Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills.
-   Commercially focused, self-motivated and able to work independently.
-   Valid UAE driving licence.
