Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Secondary Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and close transactions. This role is targeting UK nationals with relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
-   Proven experience in Dubai's secondary property market.
-   Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property values and market trends.
-   Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads into transactions.
-   Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
-   Valid UAE driving licence.
-   Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
