## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
-   Fluency in English and an additional European language preferred
-   Dubai or UAE real estate experience preferred
-   Interest or experience in off-plan property sales
-   Ability to build relationships with international clients and investors
-   Proven sales performance and strong negotiation skills
