We are looking for a commercially driven **Senior Off Plan Property Consultant** with a proven track record in UAE real estate, in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and the ability to convert investor enquiries into successful property transactions.

## Requirements

-   Proven UAE real estate sales experience with a strong track record in off-plan transactions.
-   In-depth knowledge of Dubai developers, off-plan projects, payment plans and investment opportunities.
-   Demonstrated success in closing deals and converting leads into clients.
-   Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and client consultation to negotiation and closing.
-   Strong investor relationship management and negotiation skills.
-   Commercially focused, self-motivated and able to manage transactions independently.
-   Valid UAE driving licence.
