## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or luxury sales
-   Proven track record of closing property deals and achieving sales targets
-   Experience advising property investors and managing high-value transactions
-   UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
-   European background preferred
-   Strong negotiation, presentation and client management skills
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and contribute to team performance
