## Description

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of the Dubai market and a demonstrable ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
-   Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing and current market trends.
-   Experience in property sales, with relevant expertise in off-plan or secondary market transactions.
-   Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
-   Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
-   Valid UAE driving licence.
-   Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
