## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury real estate, premium property sales or high-end sales
-   Experience handling affluent clients and high-value transactions preferred
-   UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
-   European background preferred
-   Strong understanding of client needs, property presentation and sales negotiation
-   Proven track record of achieving sales targets
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
